For at least 40 of the last 52 years, Israel, a founding member of the IAEA has not been open and honest. Even after the Knebbish Olmert blurted out the truth, Israel clings to it's 'rogue state' status. This is unnecessary and self-defamatory. Israel wants to get into the nuclear power business and well it should. This will require the cooperation of the IAEA and coming clean would help both parties.
