iran's supreme leader himself had ordered the assassination of the prime minister of the sovereign state of lebanon. the order was carried out by the arch terrorist imad mughniya and the head of the IRG's quds force, qassem suleymani. the actual assassination was carried out by a team assembled by mughniya and his brother in law, mustapha badr al-dine. syrian president assad and the head of syrian intelligence were also involved in the assassination of hariri. the assassination of prime minister hariri by the terror regime of iran and its terror proxies is the gravest act of state terror that has been perpetrated by one sovereign against another in many decades. iran has committed a very grave breach of peace and has violated the very fabric of international law and of international relations. the terror regime of iran has by this act, and by previous acts of terror, put itself outside the community of nations. iran is an outlaw nation.
