    This is a good start but there are so many holes in this offer that it will most likely go nowhere: 1. Excludes thousands of homes under construction, excludes public buildings, exludes East Jerusalem where Israel is busy building/evicting Arabs 2. What happens if there are differences (most certainly will be) between parties? If the Pals don't accept the E Jerusalem deal then Israel will go back to building settlements in the WB? 3. Why 10 months and not indefinite? Smells too fishy to me
