It is generally accepted that those who continuously boast about the progress of a project of great importance are empty windbags.Autocratic regimes are masters at this. The great Persian bazaar is open and the air is thick with the claims and counterclaims. The Iranian President positioned on one side and the fearful world on the other hanging on his outrageous blow by blow report of added centrifuges. From the land of 1,001 Arabian Nights his claims appear to be hypnotic enough to mesmerize the world.Just recently, the N.Koreans provided a template how to pull off a grand fake. The only problem is that some may not recognize for what it is- a bargaining process in the bazaar- and will proceed raise the stakes. It is a fearful scenario indeed for the Middle East.
