If Israel is serious about peace it will jump at the chance to start negotiations based on the Saudi/Arab League framework. And that is all it is: a framework, a basis for negotiations. But israel also needs to accept that a full withdrawal, including E. Jerusalem (with mutually agreed upon modifications) is the only option. As for refugees, here's a proposal: For every Israeli settler who remains outside the '67 borders, Israel must accept one refugee inside the '67 borders. So if it wants to base its borders on the apartheid wall, Israel would have to accept about 400,000 refugees. If it returns to the 67 borders, it accepts no refugees.
