What is going on? Is Barak being set up by Olmert? The Israeli who played the counter to Arafat in destroying any hope of peace 8 years ago is now willing to test the concept? Are there three men less shown by history to be enemies of peace than the three contending to be the next Prime Minister, Barak, Netanyhu and Olmert? Why should any one of them allow another to go on a mission of peace unless he wished it to fail? Why should any engage in such a mission unless he wished to blame the failure on another? When have either of the two 'front runners', or Olmert ever shown any interest in peace?
