I was unaware that the ICRC operated a School of Law or that it employed legal scholars whose International reputation was so high as to allow it to pass judgement on what the law is, let alone what they think it should be. Since you are possing as a great legal scholar may I be so rude as to inquire as to where you studied for addmission to the bar and by what jurisdiction you were granted the right to declare for the rest of us what the law is? Where exactly did you go to Law School and what course of study did you pursue? Do you have a special competence in any other areas of law, or is it only in this specific area? Can you be sued for malpractice or is that reserved only for lesser scholars of commercial law?
