Iran may become stronger technologically and militarily. Yet in terms of its citizens' average prosperity it will never be rich. There is no muslim country in which there is no serious income gap. A homogeneous prosperity is difficult to achieve especially in today's hyper-capitalist world, but it is simply impossible in a muslim country where you have no right to protest. Iran is, in terms of the election processes etc, is more democratic than Arab countries and it is definitely eons ahead of them in terms of infrastructure and organization, yet we can not say that there is a mechanism in which the prosperity can propagate at large scales, the corruption is rough. Iran will soon become a nuclear power, Israel has no way preventing it as I repeatedly wrote here, what I also wrote is that Iran poses a pain in the ass but not an existential threat to Israel, everybody knows this.
