In the end, any Government that has faced military aggression and seeks to condone Iran for attempting to arm itself with effectively a military deterrence should be ashamed of itself. Above all, the Govt of Israel cannot point the finger at Iran for one simple reason. Israel uses past injustices and military aggression as the reason for its aggressive military posture, so why not Iran? We all know that Iran fought a long and brutal war against Iraq, supported by the West. With the horrors of that war clearly etched in Iran and its politicians - why are we so surprised that they are attempting to arm themselves with the bomb? I can understand their logic because it is logical. You may not like the political structure in Iran - big deal! as long as you have a choice not to live there just go on with your own life.
