Sure, at the expense of some hypo-ventilating Israeli politicians. Relax, guys. This is far more complicated, you cannot start a whole media circus without having all the facts. Forget about the pompous posturing and accusing finger-pointing. The truth over these affairs can take years, countries all over the world are fighting for mineral rights in somebody's backyard. Even China is claiming the Spratly Islands which could belong to the Philippines, yet also claimed by Vietnam, Russia has set a flag on the bottom of the Arctic Sea. So, Israel, here is some advice, first pop a flag or two on the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, that is in the contested or soon to be contested area, then begin a daily naval patrol, similar to China,Vietnam,Philippines and Russia. Take out an paid up front advertisement in all Lebanese,UK,US,Chinese newspapers, plus a short note on the UN Notice Board( Located in the front lobby and mens toilets, next to the phone numbers of local hookers) advising that any foreign vessel sailing in this highly restricted military exclusion zone will be fired upon, boarded and sent to Greece. Well, enough for tonight, good night from sleepy Swiss Alps.

Pollard’s release feels like a consolation prize

The fact that the convicted spy's release is happening at such a low moment in U.S.-Israel ties casts a pall over the news.
