They bought it from Pakistan. However the Pakistani nukes are too heavy to be used on Iran’s missiles so they cannot be used to attack Israel. If Iran tests a device, it might be a massive conventional explosion to simulate a nuclear test, it might be a Pakistani nuke, it might be an Iranian nuke but also too heavy to be carried by an Iranian missile, or it might be a legitimate threat to Israel and Iran’s neighbors who will then be moved to develop their own capability. If Iran actually tests a workable nuke it will be some time before it is usable against Iran’s neighbors or Israel. That provides time to take Iran out by destroying their oil wells and their economy and by isolating them completely. Who could legitimately object?
