The UN staff *d succeed in keeping Gaza under control and administering it, providing that this staff is made exclusively of the indigenious Scandinavians and Germans. They are uncorrupted people, have no double morality and take their job and duties with utmost seriousness. They also have excellent organizational skills. They also are neutral and would not look through fingers like the Italians and the French in Lebanon, when terrorists arm themselves before their noses and launch rockets at Israel. The Scandinivians and the Germans follow rules religiously, bc they take pride in all their work and therefore are commited and do their best. Israel could trust them 100%:ly; Israel*s ability to TRUST that the UN staff is fully functional and committed to legality and to literally protect both Israel and the Gazans from any violations, is a necessary condition for the UN staff*s presence in Gaza.
