An American playwright has penned a gripping tale about an Israeli Arab killed in the October 2000 events — and his steadfast sister.02:58 02.05.16 | 0 comments
So Egypt condemned the IDF shelling, saying it was against "International Law"! I am terribly sorry for those who died, and all their families - it is an unspeakable tragedy. But is firing Kassams indiscriminately "within the Law"? Is blowing up buses and restaurants "within the Law"? None of what is going on has anything to do with LAW. It has to do with WAR. Hamas, the PLO, El Aksa, Fatah et al, are all at war with Israel. It's true that Israel has lost the moral highground in certain areas, but if, and when the Arabs countries and people surrounding Israel give up the notion of destroying Israel and 'driving all the Jews into the sea', and start living in peace with Israel, and stop enculcating deep hatred in their children, the WAR will end, and the people of that region will be able to start living normally and share the things that all human beings want - security, peace, food, education, a home, and hope for the future.
