If Palestine gets "Rome-status" in The Hague, that means that Israelis can be indicted who perpetrated crimes on Palestinian ground (what ever may count es Palestinian ground at present). On the other hand, Palestinians, who committed crimes against Israelis, can then also be indicted in The Hague, no matter for exemple if Israel itself has ratified the treaty. For example, despite Erdogan's threats of the time, Israelis cannot be indicted in The Hague for the Mavi Marmara raid, because Israel does not adhere to the treaty and the raid did not happen on the ground of a state that adheres to the treaty. But are there no Israeli jurists who can weigh the pros and cons?
