Here in Isreal, Holocaust survivors tell us the horrors they have been through, what was at stake, what they hoped for. Their stories, have been told here since Israel was born. Their stories, provided us steel in our spine, gave us motivation to defend ourselves, to never make it happen again. even if some of them are not in this world, they will always stay in our hearts and minds. Our government should stop funding the Haredim Jews which bring no good to this country, only extreme religious BS, and make the middle class in Israel tax payement sky-high for no good reason. I prefer to fight untill my last blood for the Holocaust survivors who live to live in comfort, and give them all the support they need rather then supporting the Haredim extremists. By the way the Haredim Jews probably won't be in the next coalition (Shas), instead of them the secular party (Yesh Atid) will be in the new coalition instead of them. Hopefully to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and to bring Equality to Jews and non-Jews in Israel as well. If the current government and the next won't change its attitude towards the Holocaust survivors, we will loose our values and we will forget where we came from, and our debt to them will never be repayed.
