His attendance will undermind the core arguments that these 7 Western states plan on using to persuade the rest of the nations to agree to stronger controls over even non-weapons nuclear materials and technologies. Bibi's presence will destroy the chances of getting the rest of the world to agree on intrusive (yet needed) monitoring and security measures. Bibi isn't being brave. He's acting like the spoiled brat who declares he is taking his ball and going home -- AFTER he loses the game....
