In your article about the INS Hanit, you noted the ship's crew wasn't expecting the advent of the C-802 missile. My impression of your article was you gave a pass to the ship's captain, and his superiors up the chain of command. The excuse that the IDF failed to activate the anti-missle defenses is laughable on its face. Do you believe the IDF uses an anti-missle defense system which is inoperable when there are aircraft operating in the area? If true, when would you ever be able to activate the system? There are always aircraft operating in a combat zone. This is the sorriest coverup I've ever read, and you played along with it by publishing it without question. The Iranian Silkworm missile is well-known in the region. The interaction of Iranian Revolutionary Guards with Hezbollah is just as well-known. The ship's captain, and his superiors, should be court-martialed for dereliction of duty in not activating the ship's anti-missile defenses in a combat situation.
