Vanunu was captured, tried, convicted and punished. One can not be tried twice for the same crime, nor can one be punished without a conviction, nor convicted without trial. And that's the case here. The court is an active partner in injustice. The magic word, of course, is "security". If Dimona hasn't changed since Vanunu's conviction, then Vanunu's attitude isn't the worst of our problems.
