So now in addition to requiring permits to get from the West Bank into the seamline zone to work their OWN LAND, Palestinians also need to have a permit to get into the West Bank? Agricultural permits to get across the separation fence to their own land are hard to come by, so we can assume that the IDF will do its best to prevent people from getting into what should be Palestine. It's more than a bit frightening to see that the civil courts no longer have a say in these things and that policy towards Palestinian people is being determined by the army. Perhaps it's time Israel remembered the White Paper preventing more Jewish immigration to Palestine. How easy it is to forget what it is like to be kept off your own land.
