help us relate to Him, much like amulits, crosses and other symbols are used as focal points of rememberance. The stronger our relationship with Him, the less these things are needed. God understands our need for visuals; HOWEVER, Messiah was never meant to be a visual of man. He came to represent and present the Word of God, the Torah incarnate. He fulfilled the requirements of Torah, took the sins of the world upon himself, died and paid the price for our sins that we might have Life. Yeah, this is how much God Loves us!!! Our only requirement now? Believe in Him. Believe that God has done this for us and that God is our ONLY righteousness. Do we still need to obey Torah? YES. God's Word is eternal and obeying His Word is our only way to express our Love for Him. We are learning to Love as He Loves by Loving one another as He Loves us. It is written, "Any man who says he Loves God, but hates his brother is a liar." His command,"Love our neighbor as ourselves"
