Bibi's move is incredulous but given the present climate unavoidable. He has to gesture to his right. But they will reject him in the end anyway. Israel now is a country where the PM has an approval rating in the low 20's yet if there was an election today he would probably be re-elected. Israeli governments (right and left) over the past 40 years have created a settlement monster. Now they have to feed the beast. The price is high. They are becoming an international pariah and testing the US. It is their own doing. I don't blame Bibi. This seems to be what the country wants. Who said democracy was the best form of government?
