I don't know enough about this case to know if he "incited" to murder or just holds hideous views but the difference is very important to me. In a democracy you should be allowed to have vile views. To illustrate the difference between inciment and opinion, consider a neo-Nazi: he should (in my opinion) be allowed to say that "Hitler was a great man" but the minute, or perhaps second, he says "kill a Jew" he goes down for HARD time. Likewise, you should be allowed to let him know that you hope a truck hits him on the way home. But you cannot "instruct" truck-drivers to aim for him.
