Now a person has been killed in Beersheva. Z"l. Others have serious wounds, many are in shock. I guess it's not possible to deescalate. Well, everyone will have plenty of chance to atone in October. But why are people so inflexible? In the end it just comes back on you. The only ones on a roll, as they say, are the Lybian resistance who will finally taste victory w/ a little help from their friends, their NATO allies. Israel will always be hated. There will never be any love lost between it and its neighbors, because it's arrogant and blunt, so do not expect peace. In the Torah, we only benefit because of the division of those who fight us, not because of our merit. Remember, right from the beginning, Hashem would have given up on us, and Moshe argued for us, but then broke the tablets anyway, when he saw for himself, the arrogance of his people.
