Durring WWII, Germany bombed England. And then The British firebombed the German city of Dresden. Scholars are now finally re-writing WWII history in terms of moral equivalence. It took some sixty years for this to start happening. It does not help to sit in moral judgment, in real time, on the outcome of the the Syrian/Israel conflict(s). The only moral way to make progress in our region is to negotiate a peace and move on to peaceful co-existence. When Syria's current psychopathic Assad and his demented brother Maher go the way of Caligula, i.e. they are removed by their bodyguards, Israel could move on to improving relations with Syria.
