what, pray, is an asymmetric war? know an example?what "objects" can have symmetry? here's the aswer:the main "war" in question is in pursuit of israel's major goal;to retain the "west bank".the obstruction is not a small by nature("asymmetric") army, but a civilian population.granted a fraction take to active guerrilla/"terror" (left undefined, lit. "fright")-but compared to IDF that's less than puny.it certainly does not deter israel(another "asymmetry" compared to palestinian authority) from this objective.daily it advances. there is one minor asymmetry in favour of the weak.they have,if they survive the coming centuries,a chance. israel(and partners) are on mission impossible.
