Well, like it or not, it seems the time has come for an imposed plan. IF that is the case, then Netanyahu may want to go ahead and freeze construction in East Jerusalem so that direct negotiations can begin right now. Previous negotiations almost brought about an agreement so what has Bibi got to lose? Kadima would join his government if others quit. Negotiations sound better than to have someone else's plan rammed down one's throat.
