Impartial II, all the gab on my part is simply my humble opinion on the events. There was a lot of talk about on which side of the fence the kidnappings occurred but this is no longer of any consequence. What is important is that a lot of people died on both sides and this is a shame. On the net, I picked up on a story published by NY Times, S.F. Chronicle and a something weekly or monthly that carried a Simon Hirsch article about Israel making plans a year ago to do a massive job on Lebanon to get Hizbullah in Sept or Oct. The kidnappings seem to have been justification enough to do the big war in July instead of waiting for the fall. What this is all about is possibly an answer as to why Israel reacted that way to the kidnappings. You should do your own research on the subject and come up with your own conclusions. I agree with you on the glass roofs. Nobody expected boulders to fly.
