Picture if radical Israelis were lobbing rockets into Gaza or Jordan calming they were fighting to liberate those lands from occupied control. Would the Israeli government not be held responsible and reprimanded for the actions of its citizens? Yet no one seems to do this for the government of Lebanon. Either there are double standards at play or the government is a partially failed state that cannot exercise control over its own territory.
