    Your words are not an explanation nor an excuse for civillians killed. Using phosphorous shells on enemy combatants are even prohibited, Israel used them on civillians. IDF only wants to keep it away from ITS OWN citizens. But doesn't care for Arabs. Maybe IDF has no written intention to kill civillians but neither have any intention to protect them.
