Seems like you have no notion of the size of Israel's territory, and the Westbank. From certain part in Israel, It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the sea, to the Westbank. It's tiny. If Israel suffers from biological weapons and or larger rockets, the palestinians will suffer greatly. Even so will the over 1.5 million Arabs residing in Israel. Israelis (including Israeli arabs) have access to shelters and gass masks. The PA isn't providing any of such facilities to their people. Hence, those suffering the most in the scenario of such a war will probably be the Palestinians. Sorry for bursting your bubble.
