As for "September", nothing is going to happen then except for a bunch of UN blowhards running their mouths, because the General Assembly has no authority to do anything, and a veto of PLO-Hamas statehood awaits in the Security Council. As for the UN, it has long ago forfeited all legal and moral right to be involved in Jerusalem in any way, since, after declaring Jerusalem an "International City Zone", it failed to defend the city in any way when Trans-Jordan and Britain invaded it in 1948, requiring Israel to defend the city on its own; further, the UN took no action to enforce Jewish access to holy places when the city was under illegal Jordanian occupation, 1948-1967 (all Jews, not just Israelis were excluded), or protect these sites as the Jordanians dynamited every single ancient synagogue under their control and built an ugly tourist hotel in the middle of the oldest Jewish cemetary in the world. Israel has now rebuilt the synagogues at a cost of billions, has afforded all religions access to their holyplaces, and the UN is out of the picture for good, with neither the means, the will or the balls to interfere in Jerusalem again. They do need to clear their illegally located UNRWA "refugee camp" out of the Jewish-owned Shuafat, however.
