In Albania, though I feel Kosovo was more of an violent ethnic cleansing operation as opposed to political crackdown. They both have massive elements of Crimes Against Humanity. The International Community needs to give Assad a final warning and tell him to step down, or face massive ICC Charges for (Crimes Against Humanity: Violations of the Geneva Convention, Murder, Torture, Persecution on a political basis, Wanton destruction of Towns and villages not neccesitated by military needs and possibly Rape if he ordered it) are the charges he would probably face. The US should use its drones and Cruise missiles to take out his Palaces, Army, and Police Headquarters, and any known biological or chemical weapons sites immediately. If he cant control the population through political persecution and wanton destruction. he could turn to ethnic cleansing or worse genocide. I highly doubt it but its a possibility knowing the ethnic tension involved in this conflict. Israel should place troops at the borders and tell the Rebels openly, that Israel supports them and negotiate with the rebels about if Israel assist them by supplying them with weapons while the US or better yet a NATO or even a non-NATO coalition chooses too.

For French teen studying in Israel, it's all about being a Jew among Jews

Arrivals / Departures: Anti-Semitism in France is certainly not the reason why this teen chose to come to Israel; an Israeli whose relatives perished in the Holocaust finds living in Berlin 'perfectly fine.'
