    It was Britain that stood alone against Nazis for a year. Irgun meanwhile was a nasty terrorist group - don't forget the scars the King David Hotel bombing, the murder of British solidiers, and the Deir Yassin massacre created for the new state. It's no wonder the early state of Israel attacked Irgun, and declared the organisation to be terrorist. And it's a shame that so much Beginism prevails in Israel today.
