'Forget about right-left, Orthodox-secular, capitalism-socialism. Fairness should belong to everyone,' protesters say in weekly demonstration.22:22 28.11.15 | 0 comments
Having a high school student "riding around" picking up raw chicken with his mother seems like a pretty shoddy method of gathering samples. Were these samples collected the same way as other (non-kosher) chicken, from the same types of stores? Supermarkets, bodegas, butcher shops? (Obviously kosher stores were not a part of the study, as the samples were collected on Saturdays). Did they account for sell-by dates? (Perhaps kosher chicken inventory in non-kosher stores turns over more slowly than non-kosher chicken? That certainly is the case ay my local Trader Joe's).
