If theres not enough room for cemetaries, then revive the ancient Jewish custom of using bone-boxes. Also called ossuaries. The grieving family would lay the body in a cave for a year and then "rebury" the bones in a box. The bones of several family members were often in the same box. Both the cave and one or more boxes could serve many family members. Thus there is plenty of room to preserve the cultural heritage of aboriginal Jews.
