A Jewish Israeli family is firebombed in a taxi in the heart of Jerusalem. The police quickly arrest a Palestinian teenager for the crime, and announce that DNA matching the Palestinian boy has been found in a glove left at the scene. Would the Jerusalem District Attorney choose to close the case for lack of evidence? I think we're all entirely too aware of how that would be entirely too likely to play out. No disrespect intended the investigators, but anybody who's ever worked in or near such an organisation, in any country, knows that facts aren't always determined on the ground.
