There were 10-12 boys throwing stones, from all directions, from about age 10 to 20. You can see two kids that looked about 14 to 15 years olds lunge directly in front of the oncoming car which wasn't going that fast and throw rocks directly at the driver. The driver continues going straight. He didn't aim at the kids. He just kept going in the correct direction although at least one rock thrower hadn't gotten out of the way. The kid looked like he was trying to kill the driver. The car wasn't going that fast. It doesn't take that much speed to hit someone so they get injured. Figure auto versus body. Who's going to win? The kid ended up on the windshield and fell off. He didn't appear to be very injured. He sat up and rubbed his nose. Some photographer who looked to be about 20 ran up to the kid to see if he was okay. If this is the incident, the settler was innocent. I would have probably kept on going. The settler even slowed down the car to see if the kid was okay. Case closed. Self defense!
