inside Israel, Then how come the Golani soldiers knew not about such proceedure-regulation ? Haaretz quote "the Golani soldiers did not know that the tank soldiers had dismounted and were moving forward on foot." Moreover when Haaretz quote "Many troops were called into the area, including a tank crew stationed nearby. " Haaretz don't know what happened because the investigation is ongoing. But the way Haaretz report the event leads to think that the rules of engagement are to be implemented the way Haaretz view them regardless of the IDF view of the reality, surrounding , environment , during the heat of the action and circumstance on the ground . Easy to report , but is Haaretz report objective or partial, misleading, instigative and biased to favor and give advantage to the enemy and paralyze the IDF rules of engagement as Haaretz view them ,would like to affect them and would like them to be implemented .
