Two years ago, and often since then, Peres praised Netanyahu's trustworthyness. Now he says Israel needs to make peace, not just offer plans. He contradicts himself. Netanyahu is quintessentially untrustworthy, and dedicated to stalling that forging of peace. For making peace, Netanyahu is simply an impossible PM with and equally impossible cabinet and coalition. Livni tried to be part of the government to steer it towards that peace making, only to be shunned by Netanyahu. Will Peres say the king is naked of any willingness to make peace? Or that isn't his responsibility as president? If he can praise and sponsor the PM and be wrong, he can just as well reveal what the PM stands for, and be sincere.
