It's no one's fault but Mr. M's. He is responsible for his own actions and should be held accountable. Five Nations to investigate what actually happened is a ridiculous waste of time and manpower. There are more important things in this world that need to be addressed in order to save lives. In all likelihood Mr. M's travel goals were not for the purpose of collecting cash relief for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. The Hamas commander should have known better than to provide the coordinates of his whereabouts. It was a mistake, and usually people who make mistakes, no matter how serious, suffer the consequences of their actions. If Mr. M. could speak to us from the grave, he would probably say, "If only..."
