This is an illegal restaurant that is being closed down now as the business of a restaurant is to sell meals what do you do with the food they are cooking and selling illegally if you want to close them down? You have to destroy it and a very safe and easy way to do that is pour bleach over the food. Nothing controversial, no different to taking the pots full of bubbling food and pushing the pots containing the food onto the floor so it all spills out. Other than the practicality aspect of setting up a soup kitchen to give the food to the poor this illegal restaurant is being shut down for HEALTH AND SAFETY concerns. How can a health inspector close down a place on health grounds and then give their food to the poor. ALL eating establishments must have to have a certificate to prove they pass health and safety regulations and these illegal places have no certificates so where is the controversy here these are just health inspectors doing their job and closing down an illegal restaurant the fact they pour bleach over the food that must be destroyed is just a means to an end and nothing more the headline makes this sound more sensational that it really is.
