But the State Prosecutor's office? for diplomatic reasons? I would have thought that it might help their diplomacy for an obviously illegal, even in warped Israeli law, trivial settlement to be sacrificed as a token gesture. But no; Israel wants to keep it all. I suppose Europe is already lost to Israel, so maybe just continually giving the finger doesn't matter any more.
