The whole point of negotiation is for both sides to talk with each other say what they want and each side makes concessions until we can reach the best of a bad situation. Saying no talks till Israel delivers what Abbas himself knows Bibi cannot deliver he wants to survive politically is pointless. Anybody who was SERIOUS about the idea of negotiation for a 2 state idea would say there is nothing to be gained by holding a temper tantrum because I am not getting things I want in advance. I am better off talking then at least I can get something whilst if I play high and mighty and Israel doesn't accept my terms I get nothing and Israel continues policies I don't like and I can do nothing about it. Instead of talking about what Bibi wont do lets start asking what Abbas will do and lets not forget Abbas is the one who wants land Israel controls not the other way around.
