The ongoing weekly potests in Bi'ilin have been against the fence which illegally seperated the village from their farm lands. A supreme court decision has ordered the IDF to dismantle it, but the army has not acted in two years in defiance of the order. The protests have been peaceful and non violent, and now the IDF has acted in a negative and provocative way that has rebounded against it on the international media.
