That's the first new idea I've seen that doesn't seem like totally idealism. The one glitch (and it's major) is the Gazans would lose out on coastal access, a huge thing. But perhaps unimpeded port access would be part of the deal - though even then if I were the Palestinians used to Israeli civility at checkpoints, I'd only agree if it were a UN force doing the monitoring.
