Is rational and will probably happen. The debate on settlements is stupid and helpless. The debate will be on borders agree upon both sides. 1)Everybody remains in its home 2)The border will be drawn heeding some demographic facts but not all of them. The best solution should be based in the "Israel triangle" of Arab villages being included in a Palestinian state, while part of the settlements will be included in the Israel state. Since not all of them will be included, then the ones that wish to remain in the Palestinian state (Hebron Kiriat Arba for example)shall pay taxes to Palestine and become Palestinians citizens. There is a lot of danger in this plan, but it is the only one that has any chance to work.
