Ibrahim, the term "white flight" is a social science expression, that's why I put it in quotation marks. It was first used when Whites in the US would leave when blacks moved in. Now it simply refers to an established community moving out when those they consider lower class move in. Nothing to do with color anymore. As far as buying a home in Maale Adumim, an individual will buy a house or apartment constructed recently. They pay for a home (as individuals). Nothing to do with national rights. Whether the area is in Palestine or Israel, you have to pay the developer when you move to a new place. Nobody gives you a free home in the US, I don't believe.
