That word, ImHO, is way over the top. However, Israeli incursations, assassinations and political roud-ups continued and are rarely given any notice by many in the western press. One could argue that the generally non-lethal Qassams are a demonstration of ire ... the number of rockets dependant on the severity of the incurstion. Yet all that is more tit for tat and will lead into just another cycle as has been the pattern. The world community praises Sharon for his courage on Disengagement regardless of the rouse it may in fact have been. IMHO, the resistance, like Hamas, must take as equal a couragious progressive step like renouncing true terrorism while still maintianing the right to proper resistance. Fighting off incursions into Palestinian villages, towns and neighborhoods is not terrorism. What happened in Amman and in Hadera is true terrorism. As long as that continues so will a blind spot in correcting the injustice that is the plight of the Palestinian. Just as Israel has the right to protect its people from foreign attack, so does Palestine. Khalid Mesha'al is in a position to see this wisdom and advance the just cause of the Palestinian street.

Why the Jewish establishment won’t condemn the occupation

Unless more U.S. Jews who oppose the occupation become members of established Jewish organizations and donate money, the establishment is unlikely to heed calls of those who want it to condemn the occupation.
