Even if Israel does pull its settlers out of gaza it means little, since Israel has tired of spending billions to protect a few settlers who have created nothing but trouble from the outset. Gaza without settlers still doesn't represent freedom for Gazans, since Israel apparently plans to keep them walled in, with no freedom to move out of Gaza and no freedom of air space. The result merely means the people of Gaza will get to keep a bit more of their water and won't have to wait for hours at checkpoints until a couple of settler cars have driven through. They'll still be prisoners of Israel, as they are now. Israel needs to make a few more such "gestures" before anybody believes it is sincere in wanting peace with justice for all -- not just for Israel.
