They would require less money, since there surely are fewer refugees. I was at the UN when partition was voted on and was in my late teens at the time. I am now white=haired and aged. Many of my contemporaries are dead and, when I read obituaries, I often see people my age or younger mentioned. Based on this, I would think the refugee numbers would have declined as people aged and died. So why does this agency need more money?
